resident evil code veronica pal version bug

hi I make this post to report a bug for resident evil code veronica pal version the bug happen when loading or change screens. the screen zoom in and moved right for 2 seconds. then return normal again. this happend with or without widescreen patches. only in dx11 hardware. in dx9 hardware goes smooth but more slowdowns because of week cpu

Not a valid bug report, moved to general discussion.

Config->Video->Plugin settings. Put a tick by "Enable HW Hacks", click configure by that, and put a tick by "Nvidia Hack"
