hoe did you know i was kiwi? by my timezone? hahah

my comp is quite weak :
AMD phenom II x4 2.4ghz
4 gb ram
ATI HD4350 <---- man this gpu is crap!
wanted to upgrade the gpu but because its under 5 yr warranty im stuck like this until 2015!!!!
i spent half of the day ripping my ps2 games and half of them i got crappy fps from, so thats why i wanted to know if compressing them makes any difference.
i mainly REALLY wanted to play fight night round 3, but again horrible fps like 25 fps

Yeah consider changing your GPU to nVidia 9800 and up
an overclock to your CPU will grant a hefty speedup.

Have you tried using the speedhacks? They make a profound
difference to the speed, I'd recommend you keep away from
VU Cycle stealing though, it makes games stutter a lot, 1 - Mild VU Cycling Stealing
seems okay.

hmmm ok ill give that a try.
unless there is a bios update for my mobo i dont see how i can OC the cpu.
