I noticed you're using PCSX2 1.0.0. That version is no longer supported.
Download the latest stable version of PCSX2 (v1.2.1) from the Main site. Alternatively you can also try one of the latest developer builds from the Buildbot Site AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Kingston A400 480GB SSD | Windows 10 Pro x64 (b19043.1288)

The most up to date version of PCSX2 is 1.3.0, so you may want to try that instead, alternatively, pressing F9 may fix the issue by putting it into SW mode, instead of HW mode. Granted, you won't be able to upscale when in SW mode, only HW.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
