rogue galaxy problem
#1
After a cutscene at the end of chapter 7 i just get a black screen.

I have tried both r1888 and r3113 and two different versions of the game. I also tried to run in without speedhacks but it still did the same thing. Does anyone know how i could fix this?

You do have half game.
The original DVD is dual layer, remake your ISO from it.

I have two different version the first is 3.14GB and the second one is 6.48GB. So it would make sense that the first(3.14GB) one didn't work but the second(6.48GB) one doesn't work either (those sizes are right from the iso)

That's a known issue that means only one layer was saved, I have this game and never had problem getting past that cutscene into chapter 8. Maybe someone else know another reason for the problem. For me it seems still an error in making the iso.

But the iso is 6.48GB that's the whole game right?

to the quote directed to me: yes, it's the whole game, still might be broken that 'transition' between the layers.

I guess you'll have to get it back and re-dump your iso properly, then.

i got the same problem some time ago and i solved it by buying a DVD-ROM that can read dual layer dvds then made an ISO with Imgburn and it worked flawlessly.
