Again, everyone owning an Ix Intel processor with turbo feature, MUST grant Windows to run with power save set to "high performance", what can be done at the "Control Panel" -> "Power Option".

I changed the settings in Control Panel" -> "Power Option in high performance and i have

PCSX2 0.9.7.r3876 ahd still runs in slow motion too slow . Can some one to see the proplem

Someone already pointed you to install the newer version (you can even keep both).

I can't see the images on imageshack but the last post lead to think the game in question is Ghost in the shell?
Ask the question mentioning the specific game, people that played it can help (sorry, I don't have it and know not if it even works or not).

What is that slow motion? try to explain what you mean (forgive me if it's done in the images I can't see), is it a kind of lag that happens even if the FPS is high? or is the FPS itself low?

what is the FPS value? the log says the game is PAL, so it runs indeed at 50 FPS and not 60 FPS like NTSC ones...

Finally observe the EE and GS values (play the game windowed to see them), if EE is near 100% loaded and GS is low... this is the "dreaded" turbo issue that plagues the Ix CPUs.
