rouge galaxy getting low fps?
#1
For some reason this game just refuses to run at 50+ fps at 900p and can get a bit unplayable at 1080p. All of my other games like FF10 and P3 run fine but this one gets real choppy. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck at lower resolutions?

System Specs:
i7 930 @ 3.8
Crossfired 5850s
Creative Fatality Sound Card

Using default settings + played with speed hacks some but nothing mattered, its either fine or a lags a bit.

Any other ideas?

btw changing the interlacing settings gave me like 10 fps, why is that?

What version of PCSX2 are you using and what are your settings, because I am using 9.7 beta and I am getting a constant (or almost constant) 60 fps. And that is with 4x scaling in GSDX.
EE cycle hack set to 2, INTC, wait loop and mVU flag hack enabled.
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!

I've seen people in youtube getting 60fps in Rogue Galaxy in HD, I can reach 60fps but always in native resolution because of my video card Sad. YOu should be fine with your video card and Cpu Smile
