every time I execute the PCSX2 0.9.7 (r3878), I have to configure it as it was the first time (selecting BIOS, plugins,etc.).
My windows 7 Enterprise, I tried to run it as administrator but no use.
what should I do to make the PCSX2 keep my config stats?

install it in an adminrights-free folder.
like c:\pcsx2.
don't use my docs or program files.

Or you can just right click the folder and click Take ownership.

Which would be awesome if everyone had the "Take ownership" option ready and available already (not the case unless you use a registry hack).
