running slow

It was originally running very fast and normal on my PC now I come back to it a few weeks later and it is running very slow to where it is almost unplayable. Wtf? 1 Why did this happen and 2 how do I fix it?

Post your pc specs
Did you update some drivers(windows does that automatically)
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

On top of your PC specs, please let us know what game you're running and if you're using any kind of cheats or hacks
Windows 11 64 bit OS
Intel Core i9-14900K
Geforce RTX 5070 TI 16GB
64 GB DDR5 RAM
