save gone?

was playing sh2 and after I saved and exited out I played mgs3 and then I switched back to sh2 after awhile and my save was gone? I had no option to continue game only new game and I tried switching around the memory cards and nothing changed what do I do?

When you browse your memcard content through bios, is your sh2 save still on your memcard ?
