i have various colored horizontal bars. on the capcom screen, theres a gray bar under the logo. and other screens like dolby digital, and "this game contains explicit violence", i get 2-3 bars of pixelated various colored lines. ive tried using the safest hacks and pretty much all the settings are default. tried version 1.4, 1.2, 1.0,  etc.... i have optiplex 780 gpu is 9800gt, thank you any help appreciated.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
