you need latest directx, and latest redist for beta.

As I told a different person, that CPU sucks for this software.
It's just way to weak, it has only around 50% of the speed you need, so overclocking it won't help you unless you overclock it to death.
The r1888 is much better, but not by more than 10-20% better, so if it is annoyingly slow, you only upgrade to very slow.
CPU : Intel i7-2600K
GPU : nVidia Geforce GTX 970
OS : Windows 8.1 x64
RAM : 16GB Corsair Vengance DDR3
PCSX2 : Constantly changing.
