Holy... what's with all those HW hacks? There's no reason for Halfpixel Offset, Alpha, AggressiveCRC andWildArmsOffset to be turned on in FFXII. This could explain the graphical glitches.

Also - Overkill on the AA. You have MSAA at 4X and AA at 16X. It's no wonder you're getting slowdowns.

Turn off all the AA's and all those hacks that I mentioned, and then check your speed. Then from there you can slowly start increasing your AA (or MSAA, personally I only FXAA) if it runs ok.

[Edit]
And if you're wondering... without all those things you have, the game can still look like this:

That's just with FXAA enabled as the only HW Hack.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

Oh wow. I feel like a derp for not seeing that. Still leaves the 16X AA at least though... he could lower that for performance improvement.

@xRyudo

I am not good at all with emulators (usually i use snes/mega drive emulators and it doesnt require somes specific configuration). Sad That is why i ask some help cause i dont want my computer shut down.. <<

i turn off all options that you mentionned. It s better result than before... i tried fxaa and msaax2 x4 and it seems (imo) fxaa is better, the edges from characters seems more distincts. It seems strange cause according to wiki textures may not appear as sharp with msaa.

i have a question: EE: 39% is correct? Anyway thank you everyone to resolve my problem.

Set interlace to Auto turn Hardware hacks on and only set the NVIDIA hack if you have an nvidia GPU and the AggressiveCRC hack keep the others disabled. MSAA is known to cause issues in some Square Enix games including Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy 12 I do believe.
