How many fps do you get when it's slow ?

Tried monitoring your CPU/GPU usage while running your game ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

33 percent 1.02 GHz.sometimes it is also 92 percent.
