The game is now fast, but the screen is kinda fu**** up, keeps blinking and the walls keep disappearing...
please keep replying, i really want to play this game and im sure we're finding a fix

it is a defect of frame skipping . you cant remove them maybe a little in software mode . as refraction said try overclock your cpu it is good for you.

Well you've done most of the tweaks that i could suggest, possibly apart from changing the interpolation on SPU2-X to the fastest mode, sound will be crap but it will free up some CPU time.

But with a processor of your age, you really need to be around 3.4Ghz or so for that game to run smoothy, it's pretty demanding.

The only plugin change you can possibly make is change gsdx for the ssse3 version, i believe your cpu supports that, however i doub't it'll make a huge difference.

Try that SPU2-X change also, that will impact on the EE % possibly freeing up some room.

I did that...
Absolutely no diference though, still, thanks...
Why is emulation so dificult? im sure my pc is pretty decent!

Im afraid your PC "was" very decent, at the time. but PS2 emulation is not easy to achieve. If you work it out, for clock for clock basis, you need about 3.4Ghz just to match the speed of the PS2 (there are many chips that are very busy), but you then have emulation overhead, which for arguments sake we say is about double, so you need a pretty hefty machine to achieve full speed. Fortunately we have a lot of tricks in there to make things quicker, plus PC technology is catching up nicely in terms of performance per clock.

K, ill read it.
Well...
what can i say?...
thanks for the help

as i said on my earlier post after the EE readings
your CPU has reached it's due,"lifespan (EOL)" as well

it kinda needs a new engine.

yeah, still, i prefer this cpu instead of a i3. I just love this q8200
is the pcsx2 will ever get better?
or unfortunately its impossible to get better then it already is?
