sly 3 pal fps drops for no reason and fps drops for few blending effects

fps drop for no reason , no blending , no heavy textures , nothing , just a little camera focusing on a little body moving a little, you can see this bug happen in the first level , to be more precise , in the mission when sly and ottavio talk , during that dialogue , when ottavio is on camera , the fps drops to 20


fps drops for a bit of blending effects: same mission , just pass the dialogue and chease ottavio , the blending effects of the red lasers cause the fps to drop
