can you please post the emulog.txt once you had the problem ?
use pcsx2 1.2.1.
What is your game version ? NTSC or PAL ?

1 - run pcsx2 as admin. this will avoid the "file couldn't be created thing"
2 - post the full emulog.txt you'll find it in my documents\pcsx2\logs or your pcsx2 directory\logs

and one more thing earlier(version 0.9.8) i was also running throttle stop alongwith pcsx2 that got the fps up to 60 and it remained constant throughout the game.but the same software couldn't do anything with the version 1.2.1 the fps dropped to 18-20 during the superstar entrances

The fps drops because you have a weak PC.
AFAIK, this titantron will work only in software mode. Make sure you disable all speedhacks too.

the fps was not dropping in the version 0.9.8 using the throttle stop,it aint working properly in the version 1.2.1 thats what i feel,and the titantron videos is still an issue,i have another pc i5 shows 2 display adaptors intel hd graphics 4000 and nvidia geforce gt630,4 gb ram,2gb graphics card,windows 8 will it work fine on that pc?

because less things were less accurate in 0.9.8.
About the titatron video : did sodtware mode solve the issue on 1.2.1 ?

and yes, the desktop pc you mentioned is definitely better.

can you please edit your first post to follow the bug reporting guidelines ? that could be useful.
