smackdown vs raw 08 sloww!!!!!!!

my pc specs:
e7400 c2duo 2.8ghz
3gb ram
4830 radeon 512mb vga
ive tried tekken 5,god fo war. on pcsx2 0/9/6 beta and are running with full speed.but svr 08 is running extremely slow.when vu is at full it shows 120+ fps but game is slow.when it is off game runs at 40 fps and shows original speed.how can i get full speed in svr08.

well, did you also try vu cycle stealing at a slight or moderate setting or only both extremes? and 40fps is not extremely slow
