socom2 works perfect! ..only the problem is FPS. *EDIT i am using version 9.9.5037

current maximum is 35fps. *UPDATED SPEEDS- capped at 45FPS in about 60% of situations.
GOAL= 50FPS at least
graphics-perfectly emulated
speed-55%

working on a Frame Skipping ratio that looks the least choppy while boosting speeds to where Voices are adequate. WILL UPDATE*
(update-- This cant be done nicely soooo thats out.)

Specs are in signature. Any recommendations are welcome except
configurations: ive been around the block a few times I know.
Computer Specs- I KNOW getting a newer architectural processor WILL work.
anything else will most likely be 0K.

it's mostly for CPU>2 cores, but you could give it a shot...

figured out the workaround START GAME and enter mission in hardware mode, then switch to software mode.
with EE hack at 3 and VU hack at 2. The only thing that happens graphically is that the current weapon in the bottom lef box disappears. No big deal. So i get full speed with near perfect emulation. *edit near perfet graphic emulation and full speed FPS

got the athlonII x4 645 and clocked it to 3.60ghz now nothing is slow
