some games running slow

these games will change speeds. for instance 1 minute on scarface it'll be 100% speed 60 fps and then another it'll be 75% speed 45 fps.. it literally changes speeds at all times never a consistent speed. on mortal kombat armageddon same thing can never get a consistent speed it always slows down minutes into playing. i literally have it on the most basic settings ever and it STILL gives me problems

It's not in pcsx2 but in your windows settings

wait is it actually weak? i paid $700 for this laptop thinking it would be strong for games.

i did what you said i started scarface up and i'm at 70% speed 40 fps

i also want to note that it doesn't do this for some games. like if i play GTA san andreas ( a big ass game ) i have no slow down or simpsons hit and run no slow down
