get the desktop instead of laptop,laptops will be castrate headache.
get at least i5-10400F,a type-H motherboard and a 950 GTX or 1050 GTX
enough to build it in a small ATX case and put it on a luggage.
*running in Intel GPU will remain useless w/o a dedicated GPU.
