sound is played too slow

i have intalled pcsx2 .. the problem is the sound of the game is too slow and hence is difficult to play the game.. ply give me the reason for this and how can i clear this problem

If you dont get full speed on your game it's probably why you get slow sound too, or do you mean the speed of the game is perfect but only sound isnt? in that case I suggest you try another sound plugin.

Tell us what your PC has.
What is the CPU? How is it named? How fast is it clocked?
We need those details..

(I bet you're using a way too slow pc, that's the reason for slow gameplay.)
