sound is way off

hhi guys am trying to play the naruto Ult. ninja 4 and not only this one but evry game i try the sound is way off any ideas??

Which sound plugin are you using? SPU2-X? Is it properly configured?

i have vista , a amd atlon 64 x2 dual poc.4600 +2.40ghz , memory 1023, and the sound card is a realtek ac 97 audio, the video looks really good but the sound is slow or chopped ,,,,

am using the SPU2-X , i also use the latency settings but same results,,,

Your system is too slow. If the game does not run at full speed, the audio cannot work well.
You can try to get it working better with the various speedhacks, but for this game I doubt your pc can handle it.
