splashdown: rides gone wild.... slowdown

so i have a ryzen 5600x 16gb 3200mhz gtx1050ti the game run at full speed but at some point get slowdowns the EE is at 89%

my cpu is not  able to run this game at full speed ?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
