When playing the game, the game music sounds like it's sped up. Any idea how to fix this?

I'm playing the PAL version on an european BIOS.
CPU : I5 9400F Oc'ed @ 3.7Ghz
Motherboard : ASUS ROG STRIX Gaming B450-F
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 Super
RAM : 16 GB
