No AMD graphics hardware has been detected in your system, resulting in error 173 - AMD Software Installer Cannot Proceed. My CPU is 12700F without an iGPU and I just have a rtx 3060. This issue persists for me.

why are you trying to install an amd driver if you have no AMD hardware ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
