Probably you selected wrong DVD drive if you use CDVD plugin or use wrong pathname to iso for Linuzappz plugin.
Also can be broken game if game is not licensed. Make sure is that SYSTEM.CNF (can named just "SYSTEM") is present in the disk.

Ola,

I had d same problem here last night, but i think this problem occur when THE GAME IS NOT COMPATIBLE with PCSX2.

I've been tried another game (*it's work,of course) eg: Suikoden 5, Mana Khemia, but when i want to play Monster Hunter, system.cnf is not found is start to bother me, grrrrrrr!!!

So i read PCSX2 forum and find that Monster Hunter was ingame Sad so lucky me.

Ow, the second problem maybe came out from your BIOS or ur ISO file, try to change ur BIOS or make a new ISO file...

Hope this help, since WHENEVER i tried 2 find how to solve this problem, there's no one could solve this problem. *or it's me n myself who can't read well Laugh

If u already solve this problem, please post how u solved it, alr8? So others could be helped by u,hope so Smile

...whoever made this thread is long gone or is not tracking it anymore since it's from January 2009......
Oh and system.cnf not found means only 2 things: Bad ISO file or bad CDVD plugin configuration, nothing else.

I just tried putting my GT3 disk on my pc and then i inspected its containings

System.cnf isnt some kind of plugin, its actually a part of the game disk so dont worry, just download the iso from an alternative site.  Smile

Or read the rules and know that downloading isos is illegal and warez talk is forbidden.
