tekken 5 crashes

i started to play tekken 5 , but the problem that it crashes when it starts to chech memory cards

so can anyone help me ?

Try running it from "run > execute".

i tried and i have figured that DX10 is the problem

it work with DX9 and it is fast all the time but when the match starts , he game becomes slower

any idea ?
