because you have a slow CPU and slow Gpu for this very demanding game.

Moreover, could you please stop opening 2 threads each time you have something to ask ?

Well your processor isn't necessarily bad. Is it a P4(+HT), duo core, or quad core? If it's any P4 then yes it's going to be your processor. But as far as GPU and Ram and what not, your actually good to go. The guy before you is very wrong as far as gpu and stuff but if your cpu is p4 then you're gonna have trouble playing as he said demanding games. Hope that helped Smile

oh and also try running the emulator in compatibility mode for xp and you will get a boost in performance. An I also recomend you using eboostr if you have any thumb drives. It alows you to use your thumb drives as ram basicle (not as fast but better than a hardrive cache) I noticed a performance increase when i used it. I f not than im sorry buddy all i can say is put vista in a performance mode (control panel/system/performance) and using compatibility mode, maybe even disconnecting from the internet and temporarily turning off your anti virus (unless you have viruses in the vualt) when running that game in PCSX2. If not than maybe upgrading your pc whichj is the last possable option lol. Smile

Won't make any difference if it's a quad core or a dual core, as pcsx2 only uses 2 cores.

Moreover, his GPU seems to be a mobile one. Thus, it's weak for pcsx2, and especially for tekken 5 as it's mostly GPU demanding.

Edit : all your advices may be useful, but not in that case, as deactivating anti-virus and other programs will help him to free some ram.

However, Pcsx2 doesn't use more than 512 Ram. As he owns 4Gb, I think it's more than enough...

ati radeon hd3850(since it works great for me) or 4770
2.8ghz duo core

use speedhacks, especially VU stealing.

Check native res in gsdx config.

Good for you.

But it has nothing to do with emulation.

For me VU stealing actually slows down Tekken 5. PCSX2 shows 60 FPS but applications like Fraps only monitors 40 (which I get even without VU stealing), so have that in mind with this game.

Also just a weird thing... Ultra High in Crysis with that graphic card? I can't even run Crysis in ultra high flawlessly (constant 30 FPS) with my GTX 260, which is stronger than the 9600... Wacko I better get a new motherboard so I can utilize the GTX 260's performance better.
