@OP: I would suggest checking if there's dust in the fans, because that's quite hot. And this can also affect performance as the CPU can slow down the clockspeed for protection against overheating.

Oh, missed that part. Ouch. My E7300 was ~70°C under full load @3.4GHz with a broken fan lol
