the emulator deletes the information when i closed

I was playing normally, it turns out that when I saved and closed the emulator, nothing was saved, not even the game was no longer in the games list.
I added the game again, played it, saved it, but when I closed it, it gave me the same problem again.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

Did you fully extract the archive ?
