Just as a test try 1.4.0 and DX11 in software mode
According to the info in the wiki,this is what is used when the report was posted...maybe something went wrong in the latest beta

I'm using the latest beta: v1.5.0-dev-3015-g936f66d70 and it doesn't work

I tried the 1.4.0 version, but same result..

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
