time crisis 2 slow motion

i have another thread, but meh
anyways time crisis 2 is on slow motion and 2bright
specs:
cpu: pentium dual core 3.06ghz
vid card: intel g41 express chipset(default)
ram: 4gb 3.25 gb usable
os: win7
video plugin settings: d3d10 all of them unticked resolution: 640x640
CoreGS/Window setting: preset: safest
audio:interpolation: 0 all of them unticked sync mode: timestretch audio expansion: stereo volume: 100% latency: 70ms module: xaudio 2
hardware mode
no hacks

CPU is way too slow, you will never get full speed with that.
GPU is also not supported for PCSX2.

Better stick to your PS2 until you can get a better rig. Sorry.

can i run other games w/ no slow mo?

wut about crisis zone? it isnt slow
meh its k :/ guess gonna wait till i get a new cpu and a video card :|

Most likely not.

For any games to run full speed you need at LEAST A Core2Duo or a Phenom, and for MOST games to run full speed you need an i5 or FX x3xx(or better). A small amount of games(5-10) won't run full speed even on the beefiest PC you can build.

If I were you, I'd start by getting a real GPU.
this one isn't even supported by pcsx2
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
