time crisis 3 black screen problem

the title say all, when i launch time crisis 3 i have black screen so the game doesn't run, (i use latest svn), this is my pc:
core 2 duo e6750, gtx 460 1 gb, 4 gb ram.
the version of the game is PAL, solutions ?

in the compatibility list time crisis 3 is green so i can play with it, but it doesn't run

in the compatibility list, Time Crisis 3 USA is green
Guess what ? USA is NTSC, and you have PAL
