tranfering pcsx2 saves to ps2

i was just wandeing is there a way to transfer my saves from pcsx2 to my ps2 without modding it because i'm planing to buy a new copy of dark cloud 2 and i would like to transfer my files from pcsx2 over since i have put a lot of work into them and don't want to have to start over again if i have to i will start over but if there is a way to transfer them i would like to know how

Not without modding. You need to at least soft mod.

not anymore i used to have a action replay for ps2 but i must have lost it in one of my moves if it would help me to move my saves from pcsx2 to my ps2 i could always buy one

Well, you are gonna need to do a softmod and install FreeMcBoot. You can use a cheat disc to facilitate this. However if you have one of the games in the list at the bottom of this page, you can use it to do the mod:

i don't have any working copies of any of the games on the list i have smackdown vs raw 2006 but it is badly scratced and tends to freeze on the loading screen so i don't think it would work
