no it doesn't as all Tri-Ace games. There seem to be some encryption which is not emulated correctly right now.

There are no "fixed exes" or anything like that. The games doesn't work as of now, it may work in the future, it may not.

It's a pity as VP2 really looks nice. On my PS3 it looked so damn great and I really want to see it on PCSX2 in DX10
