your cpu speed = fair but not good enough. 3.2 ghz mean is clock cpu not performance rating in vista.

Your CPU is clocked at 2 Ghz which is medium to slow for PCSX2,that is what everyone is trying to tell you. So it is a CPU speed problem,although your graphics card looks to be onboard so that is slow too
