Have you made your ISO of the Game?
If so, then put your ISO somewhere in PCSX2 Games\ Folder.

Open PCSX2 0.9.8(not 0.9.6), under CDVD->Iso selector-> Browse and select your iso.
Select ISO of the 3 options.

Now Load it using the Boot Fast. Now you won't get the BIOS Intro and can enter into the game directly.

Looks like you haven't read the configuration guide properly.

srry bro but 9.8 give error report well tried boot fast but still it give intro Sad and 9.8 setting cant be changed when i try to it give an error

What kind of error? Can you mention the error so that we can help you.

Make sure you have updated DirectX, and installed Microsoft Visual C Runtime 2010(x86).
