what can i do to improve FPS

can i assume T9900=35Watts?

i googled the hell out my mobo
and cant find any sites to see if the T9900 is compatible or specs on my mobo,

This questions better asked of your reseller or some toshiba hardware related board.

Here are some pretty good ways to increase your FPS :
- Get the very newest versions of plugins
- Enable some speed hacks
- Overclock your CPU
- Wait for a newer version of PCSX2 to come out
- Change settings randomly hoping for the best
- Turn off anti-aliasing
- Use native resolution, not custom

if it involves opening up the laptop,hell no.

me and hardware dont get along.
and i dont have the grounding strap.

Most likely you won't be able to do it on your laptop, and laptops always having crap cooling is just the reason.

yeah i figured that out after doing some reading.
ill just haft to get a new cpu.

ill hit up the pc repair shop nearby and talk to them

i cant do i today.my harley decided to have some wiring issues with the battery.luckily a buddy of mine got her running agian to get it to the shop.

its gas but the battery to start the bike has a loose wire so im sending it to the shop get the new wiring so i dont get stuck somewhere without help.

while its there im gonna get a new muffler.stock is to quiet.
