You can only play using ISO/BIN files. How did you obtained the game dump?

i download it , i think is a iso file but no , i download a zip file , i open it and i discover a MD5.txt file and SLES, zip file ,
when i oppen SLES ZIP  i see a CompileISO.DLT and an executable iso file named CompileISO.exe
i want to know what is this file and how to run it
