4.0 for 1.4

Technically it can be lower. Depends on the extensions that are supported. Let's say 3.x but with some 4.x extensions but overall 4.0

4.3 for 1.5

Minimum is 4.3 for HW mode to even start. Blame Intel Tongue

There was a short time when 4.5 was required but Intel igpus failed to start.

you can check about your system's opengl version with "opengl extensions viewer" app.
i think you can remove d3d from next version of pcsx2 like rpcs3.

Will you pay for an NVIDIA GPU replacement for all Intel/AMD GPU only users?

better ? for what ? who said this ? what kind of tests have been run ?

Saying "hey dude ! dis one's betta cuz i read it in a random website. Lulz Tongue2 !" is a bit cheap....
Ryzen is definitely interesting when it comes to multithreaded processes like Maya.
Using them in big render farms is perfect.

In terms of STR, they are still behind intel.
In terms of price, they definitely are better than intel.
In terms of heating, they don't perform as well as intel. thus you need a good coling system where stock cooling is enough with intel CPUs.
and the list goes on...

Try to make your own opinion, kiddo Wink
