I vote for the GT 520 instead of HD 5450. Nonetheless, I bet the integrated Intel HD 4000 is better than both of them.

i5 CPU is really good but the GPU is terrible. DDR3 is not good for gaming better look for something with 1GB GDDR5 or even 512MB.

Those GPUs have not enough power to really use 2GB of VRAM so it's better to look for something better even if with just 1GB. With something like 10-20€ more you should be able to buy an Nvidia 630 or an AMD 6670 that are much better than those two.
