For you cpu, try program AMD dual-core optimize from AMD website.

and thanks for all of the suggestions so far, sorry if i ever seemed ungrateful at any point

and sorry for missing the snapshot page.. i realize you probably get 100's of people saying "omg why wont this work on my computer" or similar threads

i felt i did all the research , read all the stickies/guides/faqs, and did all testing possible on my system and was still clueless as to why nothing was working.. i'm just trying to find out why i can't run anything, why others with similar builds can , and what i will need to buy/upgrade in order to do so

For me that No problem man, i just curious for someone with same specs about AMD CPU and ATI Grapich card but not same in result on game for FPS, especcially for game FFXII was already i tried.
