why some game lag on my computer?

AMD phenom2x6 1100t
8g ddr2 hyperx
nvidia gtx 580 platinum
win7 64bit.

I can play some old game like dark clood with 58~60 fps with some tiny lag sometime but if I try more biger game like downhill domnation (30fps) or ratchet and clank is just unplayable (lag and glitch graphic).

I don't anderstard, why I can't play with no lag.

This is cause I'm in ddr2?

Your ram could be a problem but the main problem is your CPU. It's quite weak for pcsx2

Are you using any speedhacks?

Is it possible for you to overclock?

about Ratchet & clank :
use software mode + 4 extra rendering threads in gsdx options.

Dunno about Downhill domination. YOu'll probabley have to tinker with speedhacks.

but it's possible your CPU won't be strong enough for those games, though. R&C series are very demanding, and AFAIK, Downhill Domination is quite demanding too.
