widescreen patch

Hey guys, I want to have widescreen on my games and yes I checked the wiki, and they support it, but the problem is, that when i put the game to 16:9 on settings it looks so bad like stretched but the screenshots i see are really normal and not like mine. do i need a patch in order to get it working? if yes where can i find and apply it?

Yes I did, but still feel stretched, I saw some people saying they used patches to fix the issue, but i got so confused trying to find them.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
