wild arms 3 text problem

hi

i have problem with wild arms 3
when i in the field or the city or in the battle the fps is good 50.60 fps

but when i talk to people or do something to make the text come up the frame drop to 35.45

i use the beta ver r3091

and im not use the speed hack(i check this problem with or without a speed hack and the result is the same)
