will I obtain 1080p 60fps on all ps2 games with this spec??

yeah its pretty quick ! but nfs isn't work properly with emulator thats why I was said! btw who knows maybe it will handle the game !

Laugh this is great then ! I was seen many thread previously about getting low fps in good machine so thats why ! well it is possibly emulated well on new pcsx2 & handles good by mordern processors !

You should be able to go higher than Full HD in most games.
And yes, using a higher resolution than your display resolution is actually useful - it provides (the best form of) anti-aliasing.

4-6x native on a lot of games, but on some games you will be limited to 3x or lower
