i have a notebook with this spec :
PROC : AMD TURION X2 VGA : Ati MOBILITY RADEON HD4200 RAM : UPGRADED TO 4GB can anyone give me the best setting..?? i can play KUON but little choppy just about 50-60 FPS

your laptop is poor..there is no chance of getting best speeds..
better try on a modern desktop or an insane-expensive laptop e.g. i5,i7 laptop. for settings *try set clamp mode to "none"[Emulation settings] *enable VU flag hack,INTC,Lv-0 EE cyclerate ,Lv-1 cycle stealing[Emulation settings-->SpeedHacks] *Enable "native" in the gsdx sub-settings
