That looks like game specific troubles, try running the games with a Direct3D (Software) mode and if that fixes some of the glitches you're better off searching on the forums for threads with those problems.

It says my cpu doesn't support SS3. I really dont know about anything about this because before im not having any problem when i was using vista ultimate.
My pc specs:
AMD Phenom II 955 black 3.20GHz True quad core
4gb ram
ATI RADIEON HD 4870
windows 7 ultimate x32
pls send me an email [email protected]
Could it possibly be SSSE3?
If so, select a different graphics plugin. Preferably one that doesn't rely on SSSE3.

I've got Windows 7 x64 RTM released in the MSDN-AA and PCSX2 works flawlessly, both 0.9.6 and r1736.

According to
this, your CPU should have SSE3. Maybe you meant SSSE3 like stated above?
Try the GSdx version for SSE3 or SSE2.

I have a problem, it says 'Failed adding SE_LOCK _MEMORY privilege, please check the local policy. Go to security settings>Local Policies>User Rights. There should be a "Lock pages in memory". Add your user to that and log off/on..." Now the problem is I've been to those settings and there's no option to add anything! I'm already running as an Admin, so I don't know what to add there.
Edit: Oops, looks like I'm using pcx2 0.9.4, please disregard!

You shouldn't be having those problems anymore with PCSX2 0.9.6...
Anyway try the latest beta:
