Try setting the fps limit to 150 frames or less like 70. This sometimes help me; or switch to normal frame limit with the same limit setting of 70-150 Fps.

How u overclocked your processor. With that freq. you shouldn't have any problems. I'm gonna build my PC with the Black Edition of the one you have. maybe you need to change the frame limit away from 0 (Default) to something higher than 60. Like 70 fps or up tu 150 fps. It helps.
