Okay so I completed a fresh install of windows 8.1. I had PSCS2 running on my last install with zero problems now all of a sudden PCSX2 will not recognize the BIOS file. the search window literally does not sense the file. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Another thing you can do is to check in this path: X:/Users/your_username/Documents/PCSX2/bios where X is your system drive (mostly C). Make sure your dumped bios exist there. If not, you may need to dump your bios again.
